1. 삭제 요청 방법

아래 이메일로 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리됩니다.

• 요청 이메일: support@devany-soft.com
• 제목 예시: 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
• 본문 포함 내용: 가입 이메일 주소(계정 식별용)

1. How to Request Deletion

Email us at the address below, including the email address you used to sign up. We process requests after verifying your identity.

• Request email: support@devany-soft.com
• Subject example: Account and Data Deletion Request
• Include in body: the email address used to sign up (for account identification)

2. 삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 정보 — 이메일 주소, 계정 고유 식별자(UID) (Firebase Authentication)
• 게임 진행 데이터 — 진행 상황, 설정, 클라우드 세이브 데이터 (Firebase)

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

• Account information — email address and unique account identifier (UID) (Firebase Authentication)
• Game data — progress, settings, and cloud save data (Firebase)

3. 처리 기간 및 보관 항목

• 처리 기간: 요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 30일 이내 삭제됩니다.
• 일부 보관 항목: 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 요구되는 정보가 있는 경우, 해당 법정 기간 동안만 분리 보관 후 파기합니다. 그 외의 데이터는 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.

3. Processing Time and Retained Items

• Processing time: data is deleted within 30 business days of receiving the request.
• Retained items: where information must be kept by applicable law, it is stored separately only for the legally required period and then destroyed. All other data is permanently deleted immediately.
